A slice of farmhouse breakfast casserole on a spoonful

Farmer’s Casserole is a recipe that I pull out nearly every month for a delicious weekend brunch. It’s very easy to assemble! Love that I could make it early and freeze it for a rainy day.

I’ve been cooking lots of easy ham and egg breakfast recipes lately, like Eggs Benedict and Ham & Egg Baked Taquitos. It’s delicious, but Farmer’s Casserole is still my number one choice for a quick and easy breakfast dish.

This breakfast egg casserole has three main ingredients – a brown crust, a fluffy egg layer, and a delicious blend.
