Homemade Buttercream Frosting

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Quick Buttercream is the easiest and most versatile of all types of frostings and creams out there. With only two main ingredients, butter and icing sugar, it is extremely simple and takes very little time to make. It’s easy to change the flavor with flavors, melted chocolate, cocoa powder and even peanut butter. The key to success in achieving great-tasting buttercream is the amount of time you spend whipping – the more you whip the butter, the more air you incorporate, making it lighter and creamier in taste and texture.
