*Biscuit layer:

 ° Two hundred grams of biscuit gentlemen.

*Cream layer:

° Sprinkle a lemon.

° Three sheets of gelatin paper.

° A small spoon of vanilla.

*Face ingredients:

° A cup of strawberry jam.

° Ten strawberries, cut into halves.

++ How to prepare :

 We grind the biscuits in a food processor.

Pour the crushed biscuit and butter into a bowl and mix together.

Spread the small-sized cake cakes with a small amount of butter, then stack the biscuit mixture at the bottom of the molds, and place the molds in the refrigerator. Put the cream, cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest in a bowl and whisk together. Soak the gelatin leaves for five minutes in cold water. Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on a quiet fire for only one minute, then remove the saucepan from the stove. Add the gelatin to the milk after filtering it from cold water, and mix them together until the gelatin leaves dissolve. Pour the milk mixture over the cream mixture and mix. Put a small amount on the biscuit layer in the cheesecake molds, then put the molds in the refrigerator for four hours until the cream layer hardens. When serving, take out the cheesecake pans, grease each mold with strawberry jam, then put some strawberries on top, and serve.
