2 Storage Bags
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg White
1 tsp Cold Water
Fill one storage bag with sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Fill the other bag with the egg white and water.
Mix the pecans in the storage bag that contains the egg white and water. Transfer the pecans to the storage bag with the sugar mixture, mix well.
Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring the batch every 20 min.
